Terms of Service

Effective date: May 27, 2026. These Terms govern your use of kiwigamingonline.com (the “Service”), a free-to-play social casino.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be an adult (at least 20, the legal age for casino-style activities in New Zealand, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity on your account.

2) Social Casino—No Real-Money Gambling

The Service is for entertainment only. Games do not offer real-money gambling and do not award real money, prizes, or anything else of monetary value.

3) Virtual Currency & Virtual Items

  • Virtual coins/credits and virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Service only.
  • They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or prizes, and are not transferable or exchangeable outside the Service.
  • We may modify, manage, or remove virtual currency/items and adjust balances to the extent permitted by law.

4) Purchases

Some features may be available via in-app purchases. Purchases are optional and do not increase the odds of winning anything of value. Prices, availability, and taxes (if applicable) are shown at checkout. All sales are final to the extent permitted by law and your app store policies may apply.

5) Prohibited Conduct

  • No cheating, exploiting bugs, automated play (bots), scraping, or interfering with the Service.
  • No illegal, harmful, or abusive activity, including harassment or infringement of others’ rights.
  • No buying/selling accounts or virtual currency/items, or attempting to convert them to real-world value.

6) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and associated virtual currency/items) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, to protect the Service, or to comply with law.

7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and for loss of data, profits, or virtual currency/items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8) Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand where eligible, or to the courts of New Zealand. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, which may give you rights that cannot be excluded.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
